Rachael Jiang is a seasoned strategic leader with 20 years of experience navigating the complex intersections of retail, luxury, internet, and commercial banking. As a bilingual professional with deep-rooted expertise in both the Australian and Chinese markets, Rachael has dedicated her career to driving business growth through innovation and cross-cultural synergy.

Currently serving as the Digital Director at LVMH Group in Shanghai, Rachael is driving digital and AI innovations for some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. Her previous leadership roles include Head of Business Development for Tmall Luxury at Alibaba Group and Country Head of Australia for Tmall World, where she played a pivotal role in bridging global brands with the Chinese consumer ecosystem and vice versa. Prior to her work in the digital sector, Rachael held senior marketing positions at ANZ Bank and Telstra in Australia.

Rachael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Melbourne and completed an MBA exchange at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She also holds a Master of Information Technology from Monash University. Rachael brings a unique combination of strategic governance, digital-first thinking, and a passion for empowering the next generation of young professionals to succeed in the dynamic Australia-China corridor.
