Ruby is a lawyer based in Perth with a strong interest in cross-border business and international trade and the Australia-China relationship. Alongside her legal career, she is the founder of a nutrition company that develops high-protein products and partners with businesses and community organisations to deliver wellness-focused events and initiatives.

Having lived, studied and worked across both Australia and China, Ruby is passionate about building meaningful connections between the two countries through business, entrepreneurship and people-to-people engagement. She believes that strong bilateral relationships are built not only through policy and commerce, but also through collaboration between young professionals and emerging leaders.
