Jenna Wu is a technology and operations professional with extensive experience in business analysis, digital delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Having worked across large-scale customer digital platforms in Australia’s financial services industry, she has successfully coordinated complex initiatives involving product, technology, and business teams.

With academic backgrounds spanning tourism, event management, business information technology, and digital transformation, Jenna is passionate about combining structured problem-solving with community building. She believes meaningful programs are built not only through strong execution, but through understanding people’s needs and creating opportunities for genuine connection.

As Operations Manager at ACYPI, Jenna is excited to support the planning and delivery of high-quality programs, strengthen operational excellence, and contribute to an inclusive community that empowers the next generation of Australia–China young professionals.
