Vecenlia Wang
GM Australia
Vecenlia has a professional background spanning finance business partnering, capital project management, and forensic, tax and business advisory roles across both public and private sectors. She is a CPA and holds a Master of Commerce (Advanced) from The University of Queensland. She has a strong technical accounting foundation, commercial insight, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where she has led budgeting and forecasting processes, delivered strategic financial analysis, and supported senior leaders in complex decision-making across capital investment, risk, and performance management.
Vecenlia is a strong believer in meaningful connections among people - seeing relationships as the foundation of trust, collaboration, and long-term impact. This perspective shapes both her professional and community work, where she focuses on bringing clarity to complex ideas, aligning stakeholders, and creating shared understanding across diverse groups. She is passionate about bridging Australia and Asia through authentic engagement, and enabling young professionals to build relationships that extend beyond transactions into lasting personal and professional networks.
Outside of work, Vecenlia is a hip-hop dancer and a labrador mom. She enjoys the groves and rhythm at the studio and a sunny beach afternoon with her labrador boy!
