Chengdu Operations Manager


With over 14 years of experience in the financial industry, Veronica is a versatile wealth management expert with expertise in investment research, industry-finance integration, bond fund issuance, and diversified financial product allocation. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Advisor in the Wealth Management Division at Guojin Securities, she independently manages over 800 million yuan in assets for high-net-worth clients, serving more than 200 such clients with a 100% client satisfaction rate. She specializes in utilizing a full range of financial products—including public and private funds, bonds, trusts, stocks, and family trusts—to tailor cross-cycle, diversified asset allocation strategies for clients, while also providing investment, financing, financial, and tax planning services to businesses.

While deepening her expertise in the financial sector, Veronica has long been committed to promoting cultural and economic exchanges between China and Australia. Since 2023, as the Communication Manager, Chengdu Chapter of Australia-China Young Professionals Initiative (ACYPI), she has established long-term, in-depth partnerships with government platforms for returning talent and the Australian Consulate, among other institutions. She has participated in, spearheaded, and successfully organized numerous China-Australia youth exchange events, building an efficient communication bridge for young leaders and entrepreneurs from both countries and facilitating the matching of bilateral cooperation opportunities.

Veronica also serves as the Chengdu Director of the Flinders University Alumni Association, is a co-founder of the Southwest Australia Alumni Association, and is also one of the key leaders of the Australian Alumni Association Alliance (which includes the University of Sydney, the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Melbourne, the University of New South Wales, the University of Western Australia, the University of Queensland, and the Australian National University, among others). Each year, she leads and participates in organizing dozens of diverse social events—including exchanges for international students, entrepreneurship initiatives for returnees, and cross-border business matchmaking—thereby building a highly dynamic and influential network of elite Australian alumni in Southwest China.

In addition, she holds key positions such as Deputy Secretary-General, Western Returned Scholars Association of China, Sichuan Branch – Australia & New Zealand Chapter; Deputy Secretary-General, Western Returned Scholars Association of China, Chengdu Branch, Policy Advisory Committee; Deputy Secretary-General, Chengdu Overseas Returnees Association. Co-founder, Southwest Australia Alumni Association. She actively promotes the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, the integration of industry and finance, and collaboration among government, business, and academia, making outstanding contributions to Sino-Australian economic, trade, and cultural exchanges.
