Meet the Team!

Bonan brings a track record of building partnerships that connect organisations across borders and within the local community. He currently works in human capital and organisation transformation at Deloitte, and previously served as Partnerships Director for both 180 Degrees Consulting and the ACLES19 conference, leading corporate outreach, negotiating funding arrangements, and coordinating sponsorships. A native English speaker and highly proficient in Mandarin, with a Master of Business Psychology from the University of Queensland, Bonan combines cross-cultural fluency with a practical understanding of how relationships translate into impact.
As Partnerships Manager, Bonan is dedicated to fostering both global and local partnerships in service of ACYA's mission of strengthening ties between Australia and China and creating meaningful opportunities for young professionals to engage across the two cultures. He sees this work as directly aligned with Australian government initiatives to grow Asia fluency onshore, and is committed to helping the Brisbane Chapter build the connections, understanding, and networks that will support that goal for years to come.
